WINE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
It is unusual to receive a damaged product from our winery.
However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please let
us know! We can replace the wine or process a refund for your damaged items,
whichever you prefer.
INCORRECT OR MISSING BOTTLES
Although the occasion is rare, if we made a packing error, we
would like to resolve it for you! If what you received is not what you ordered,
we may ask you to hold on to the incorrect items and the existing packaging so
that we can arrange for a return pick up. If you find that items are missing
from your order, we are happy to arrange to ship you the missing items, or issue
refund for your missing items. The choice is yours.
RETURNING AN UNWANTED ORDER
We are happy to assist with any returns for items purchased that
you no longer want or need. Please let us know and we will arrange for the
return and issue you a refund for your returned items, less the return shipping
and handling charges.
DISSATISFACTION WITH THE QUALITY
We are proud to offer you wines of the utmost quality and
pedigree. Please let us know if you feel the quality of what you received is
questionable as soon as possible, and we will work with you to resolve the
issue with your best interested in mind.
RESHIPPING - HOW IT WORKS
When an order is returned to our warehouse after several
delivery attempts at the address provided by the customer, we will contact you
to arrange to re-ship your items.
